World Baptist Evangelistic Association is a non-profit making evangelistic (Para-Church) Ministry estabished under the laws of the Republic of Zambia on October 25th 1975. It is an independent Evangelistic Ministry registered under Cap 105, Rule No. 6 of the Laws of Zambia as Charity (Para-Church) No. ORS/102/66/1072-(Non-profit) The ministry was granted a certificate of registration on 27th November, 1985.

The vision of this association is to prepare the present generation for the New Millennium where there is no caste, creed, race, religion but only humanitarianship. The World Baptist Evangelistic Association is purely indigenous interdenominational ministry and all of the board members are representing from different denominations.
